Getting through a break up is like getting through the withdrawal of drug dependency
1.     Accept whatever you feel

4.     Get rid of relationship reminders
5.     Break away completely from each other right after the breakup
6.     Stay away from places you used to go
7.     Keep a journal
8.     Keep reminding yourself that your happiness isn’t dependent on your ex
9.     Try to view your breakup as a chance for a new beginning
10. Focus on being in the present
11. Find love within yourself
12. Grieve
13. You have to know (it’s called faith,sister) that you can feel a deep connection with another man 
14. Feel your next man before he arrives
